Itinerary

Vlora
Vlora

Vlora is located in southwestern Albania. Its shores present a unique mixture of rocky and sand beaches, and the gorgeous vistas of the Karaburun Peninsula and Sazan Islands stretch in front of the city. Vlorë is one of the most significant cities of southern Albania and the region of Labëria which is traditionally noted for its culture, traditions and folklore.
We will be visiting the Muradie Mosque . One of the most beautiful buildings in Vlore, the Muradie Mosque (Xhamia e Muradies) was built in 1542.

Sazan Island
Sazan Island

Once a fortified military base, Sazan island’s beauty and pristine coastline has swiftly turned it into one of the hottest summer destinations in the country.Sazan Island is beautifully situated at the point where the Adriatic and Ionian seas gently meet. As the largest island in Albania, with an area of 5.8 square kilometres, Sazan looks like a detached portion of the Karaburun Peninsula, and is also the gateway to the Gulf of Vlora.
We will spend some time exploring this ex fortified military base, and the we will take the boat to go to Karaburun.

Karaburun Peninsula
Karaburun Peninsula

This peninsula has become one of the top destinations of the Albanian Riviera. A spectacular natural reserve, this entire area is now internationally famous for the intimate, pristine bays scattered throughout and its thriving nature.
For a long time, Karaburun was a forbidden area as it extended along a high-security perimeter. It is perhaps due to this enforced seclusion, that the peninsula has remained mostly untouched.
While being there we can visit the Cave of Haxhi Ali. Located at the Karaburun Peninsula within the Albanian Riviera it is regarded as one of the country's most beautiful caves and attracts numerous visitors. Notably it has been recognised as a natural monument
